Klais & Company, Inc. is pleased to introduce a new version of StatusLink, an internet claims lookup solution.    This state of the art internet based product is designed to help users perform routine queries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims status.  

USER REGISTRATION PROCESS:

Members of an Employer Sponsored Health Plan or University Health Benefit Plan
StatusLink software has self registration functionality; therefore once you complete your registration you will have immediate access to your records.

Upon logging into Statuslink (see below link) and selecting Register User and then Member Self Registration you will be required to complete a User Authentication screen. Below are instructions to assist you in completing the registration process:

• The Site ID requires the selection of Prod 1 from the drop down box.
• Your Member ID is your Social Security number OR another number assigned by your Health Plan.  Be sure to enter 9 numerical digits without any dashes.  You may be required to enter leading zeros if your Member ID is less than 9 digits. Please ignore any alphabetical characters when entering data into this field
• Please refer to your Identification Card for your Group Number.
